JOE'S MESSAGE
As a child, the only thing Joe Klimchak loved more than his hometown Pittsburgh Pirates was the stadium announcer, whose warm baritone voice inspired him to do the same one day. To make it to the majors, though, Joe would have to overcome a speech impediment and other obstacles, and today he shares his roundabout journey to the big leagues to help employees embrace challenges and drive business growth through continuous learning and personal skill development.
